Litigation Update on 3rd December, 2015
The appeal in the international tender case was heard between 26th
May to 5th June 2015. We are now waiting for the judgment of the
Court of Appeal. In association with the maintenance of the camp
facility after the completion of the exploration of existing tenements in
Isabel we have been engaged in community support activities.
In the event of a successful judgment, we will undertake the necessary
procedures for a prospecting license of the tender tenements in San
Jorge and Takata under the Mines and Minerals Act. When the
prospecting licences are obtained we will start exploration activities.
