2/ After SMM being slapped with a abuse of court proceedings by Com Justic Brown, SMM turn around and appeal, this is after conducting multiple court summonses for the some land over 5 years, and hand down nearly 300 appeal points. Another abuse of court proceedings with the aim to stall and purge Axiom until there is no life left.
3/ The ability for SMM and their legal team to stall a nations economies for their own interests and to command what direction and intent of land use and when these resources will be mines. Not to mention SMM's legal team's ability to out gun Axioms legal team efforts to obtain a mining licence effectively interfering with AVQ's capacity to mine even after a court order pertains to say the opposite. (better get a new legal team Ryan)
4/ Bribed landowners and fortification of ownership documents. One land owner presented a "turn of the century documents" arguing his freehold. The judge asked why a turn of the century document was on a A4 paper written by a inkjet printer.

How is this a cultural issue?????

Certainly not a cultural Issue, and certainly a desperate grasp by SMM to use propaganda to gain some political position IMO. This has been the TYPICAL strategies used by SMM and is a possible diversion from the real issue, CoA outcome "compensation"!

Very low trades indicate serious sellers are holding tight. I was happy to pick more shares up at .28c. Saving and Buying. Pretty sure we all know the risks here!
