    They can think what they like, The votes will be "NO"

    They haven't addressed the loss of management contracts for the satellites.

    I doubt very much if their documentation was written with this scenario in mind, so there may be holes a bus can drive through.

    Time will tell & all will be revealed, rather than hidden under their restructure proposal.
