I note that Anie has disputed a couple of the points made. Given Anie's thorough approach to things, and talent with cut and paste, I take this to mean they tacitly agree with the rest (majority) of this timeline.
If any of this timeline is wrong, and I'm not saying it is, that obviously doesn't mean it's all wrong. So we should all be very conscious of attempts at gaslighting and 'all or nothing' obfuscation which are rife on HotCopper.
It might be an idea to 'peer review' the elements of this timeline so we come to a version that is broadly agreed on.
I remain interested to watch what unfolds with the both the ASIC/ISX case and the ASX/ISX case. As I've said before, this is interesting if nothing else (always bearing in mind the suffering of shareholders, whoever is at fault here).
