There is not a lot we already did not know in this announcement, except pie in the sky capital raising numbers, that look on the face of it a little ambitious.

That said let me say this, it would be likely if the capital raising was to be successful the company would have to have further to announce.  I feel they have other information pending.

Therefore with a acquisition cost around 2 million/etc and the acquisition worth around 8- 10 million  in value,  one would ask why so cheap.  This is a question Hotnickel has.  (in layman's terms please).

I do however concede that the news is positive and if and I emphasize if the planets align then we could be onto something very exciting, some of the projects that could lead from this may make this announcement somewhat insignificant. As a business man myself I can see the logic.

I will stick my nose in at the meeting since its a 10 minute tram ride. Never one for meetings they take minutes and waste hours. Lets face it,  it would be unlikely Geof Feathers will be anything but upbeat at the said meeting.  I have been to many over the years. They are all much the same.

I might have a cup of tea with Geof and a biscuit.
