i also think that a CR is highly unlikely because we still have $21.6m in the bank after the $17.8m cash & all of the shares have now been issued for the LSS acquisition; we're operationally cashflow positive (two consecutive quarters) from basically WFH alone, plus a bonus $4m should be paid next quarter from Misfits/Froyo;

unfortunately these facts don't appear to be priced into our MC which is only $85.9m (calculated from the total shares issued of 1,289,577,912 minus the yet to be cancelled SBB-related shares of 26,750,670 x 6.8¢)

$85.9m MC looks cheap for a company with growing, positive operating cashflow & confirmation of increasing revenues that annualised is $36m;

hopefully yesterday's 9.33% drop is temporary; i think the market has acted irrationally. time will tell
