The thing is, the australian property market is not dead.
And SDG has very strong holdings from known finanz institutions,which I list below and which did not sell at all in current finanzcrisis.
The aussie property market did not collapse and is actually improving.
Its a buyers market now.
All these big holders have faith in SDG. EPS is around 5 and cheap.
