Seriously...Those who commented upon He/She having to sell.
I have a friend who had to sell 4.5 mill down to 0.08 and later buy back less for 0.125..reluctantly, but for personal reasons. It took 3 -4 weeks to do it. Could be a similer situation, though this seems to have been going on a lot longer...so who knows....I don't...but those with patience will be rewarded.
