Yup, which is nearly twice the estimate you mentioned before although you only mentioned oil. (If measuring that way though, gas wells would be worthless) Shale wells are both oil and gas together.
Noting that STACK assets (maiden reserve) are heavy in gas. SCOOP is generally far heavier in oil so when valuing the SCOOP assets (SWISH) where they have 2000 acres, the values would be vastly different per barrel in the ground - again coming back to the type of rock you have.
