Delisting from the LSE, is tomorrow 23 September. That means a prospectus is not needed to raise the remaining equity. It is possibly the trigger for announcing any new equity raise (>15%) which was authorised at the last AGM. Preparing a prospectus would have delayed the equity raise by months.
The noticeable increase in turnover the last two days may be a sign we are not far away from closing finance. GLTAH
