You could be right. It was just that the value add comment made me wonder if IVZ could do a better deal post seismic compared to pre seismic, particularly as they have no funding pressures atm. Idly pondering. I have no doubt that Scott will do the best deal possible so this is a learning experience for me and I'm watching with interest.
