It will go up, it's a key part of the process, particularly because of the volatility involved with Zimbabwe. Without it, it is just a dream that can't be started.
In terms of the price staying there, that's hard to say. A lot of small cap/spec stocks lately have run hard and then sold down. Will probably depend on how much the price rises ahead of the PSA in my opinion.
