your analysis? wheres the factual basis for your analysis? i see dialogue like "my understanding" and "speculate" and "substantial doubts" and "seem to". All of these are rooted in opinion of a biased persuasion.
I really hope you're not an investigator of any type anywhere! With this type of dialogue, you would not cut it in law, science, policing, business administration etc.
Journalism and story telling would be more your line of suitable vocation...
