ASF Reference your query on MCC

The original purchase price was $400m and Cape Lambert initially received $320m. The remaining $80m was to be paid two years later subject to a number of actions being undertaken.

My specific question to TS (based on a post by JID) was to clarify the non payment which was due on 6 August 2010.The reply confirmed quite clearly that the payment will come in the near future

Thanks for the encouraging comments from posters on the meeting summary and well done to other attendees for their input. It shows we have a strong CFE thread and are willing to combine our resources and knowledge
