Further to my earlier post I got this from the FEL thread from an ANN on 30/8 by PDY

"Mr Tony Sage (Chairman of Fe Limited and one of the proposed Directors) stated during a television interview aired on 25 August, in response to the question do you think you have the support of the majority of shareholders,
Yeah I think so, we‟ve launched a takeover bid as well from the company, so either way, we anticipate getting control of Padbury...
The Board can only conclude from this statement of either way, that Mr Sage was referring to gaining control of Padbury either through the 8 September shareholder meeting or Fe Limited takeover offer."

Sounds interesting , TS is aiming to exert considerable control over WA FE assets.
