Good or bad ASX discloser rules they have to release to market, so because we have yet to hear anything (KDW-1) means nothing. Cant hold back bad or Good news.
As for the sell down I have seen time and time again Ceasing to be a substantial holder notices before... & then good news drops just after, as well as Becoming a substantial holder notices then bad news drops just after & vice versa. So I never read to much into a declining SP while waiting for news.
Having said that, all that is currently happening is that some are just taking profits now just incase KDW-1 petrophysical results are not so good.
Fundamentals have remained unchanged we just continue to wait and if the news is good those that wait will be rewarded.
