yes you have a right as a shareholder but also be mindful constant updates of nothing new aren’t updates.
when there is a reasonable update to be made they will...
i’ve seen people make fun of them with an update that drilling gearbox and above ground mechanics are in good working order, yet not blink an eye at other companys with drilling updates that aren’t worth the asx’s time to process the ann.
Its all subjective so if you want to know something as a shareholder AK and most of the board have made themselves publicly available and encourage you to call and ask your questions.
