They cant just have one permit for all works to be done,etc a blanket permit.
Require a seperate permit for crane on site to operate the the rods for perforating the well to get oil for testing,waxiness etc.
Need permit approval for the rights to extract and drill.
Tenders are in place with oil rigs and crews awaiting approval to start works & select
suitable contractors.
Permits 35 working days (mon to frid) to be approved.
A process has to be followed for the works to be acheived,safety ,competence & compliance is all neccasary requirements.
