No worries mate, so i'm assuming we are dealing with the department for energy and mining and from my research everything has to go through the General Manager and Manager, and they would be dealing with not only reviewing new applications, but going through annual reports that get submitted for every license holder, incident reports submitted, COVID shit, would definitely have a lot on their plate.
It would be handy if each state had a permit/license tracking system like they do nationally for offshore permits.
