Scenario 1.
AK. "hi, its AK from ROG, hows my approval coming along?"
DEM. "sorry mate, cant hear you, line is breaking up"
Scenario 2.
AK. "hi its AK from Beach, hows my approval coming along?"
DEM. "sure, putting you though to the approving manager on line 2, they are waiting by the phone for your call with the approval docs"
