Seems more like someone's accumulating rather than suppressing.
Increased to 15c and was held there with buying to support that price.
Just the way I see it atleast, not advice just my opinion
The sell side has small parcels up to 21c and buy side looks strong between 11c-13.5c. If it was being suppressed there would be large walls on the sell side?
