I can understand Paul's frustration with investors repeatedly asking about the number of hospitals BTM is used in. He knows that people will instinctively want to use the new number of hospitals as a proxy for performance... which can be very misleading, particularly at this early stage of growth.

Just to add to this... it may very well be better to spend a lot of time making sure BTM is sold into every single department that can utilise BTM, rather than jumping to five different hospitals and selling it to just a single department in each. Releasing figures on the number of different hospitals will inevitably put pressure on them to do the latter, much to the detriment of all shareholders.
