Yeh, sorry to be obtuse but just following Noobtrader's example.
Deflation means a decline in prices, just as TSO has been doing.
The Central Banks are supposed to prevent inflation (above a low level) but the current uptick in inflation is bothering them and so any decrease in prices will be a blessing to them
