Gentlemen, Silex is cheap, there is no denying it. The company is currently selling for less than the value of its net current assets, and it has been very conservative in its historical accounting, with all previous R&D being expensed.
That much I know, and that on its own is enough reason for me to buy.
What I want to know is, valuation aside, what are the reasons for owning this stock and what are the reasons for selling?
What's the deal with the laser enrichment technology?
What exactly does the withdrawal of GE & Hitachi mean for both SILEX Ltd and the commercialisation of the SILEX technology?
What has taken this technology so long to get to market?
What are the practical implications for shareholders of the secrecy rules surrounding our technology.
What other questions are there that I should be asking?
