    Only upside is the 64c Nta made up of a 25c (13 mill) building and plant and equipment.

    Why not sell the building and lease back?

    Debt of 23mill becomes say 10mill.

    Only caps at say 18 mill.

    I think it's ok, yet has a terrible history of losing money?
