The miracle I'm referring to would be if FAR managed to secure AUD 500M cash from a lender on the promise to sell a farm in deal with low and uncertain oil price given their market cap and the price WPL paid for it in a competitive auction process.
If they have a deal with a 3rd party to provide funding that is less miraculous but still a credit to management talent.
Even if they fail to pre-empt they have 15% of a nice asset ready for development with JV partners.
