What rule book?
They run an auction and a buyer bids the highest price.
Its then a sale.
Your saying later after the auction closes another buyer bids the same price it was sold for.
The owner then says what's your point its sold and you had your chance.
Why would the owner accept the same price after auction?
Where's his benefit?
Bit like FAR really.
