FAR cannot move their last statement was crystal clear. Any action on FAR's part before receiving a response from COP would surely defeat their argument.
COP have been told by Senegal to get it sorted ASAP. Now it depends on how urgent the deal is to COP and how much they feel obligated to accommodate the Senegal govt, now that they are departing.
This is really poor form on COP's part IMO if they do not move quickly to remove this blockage.
It would also be reasonable to think CNE and Petrosen will also be voicing there concerns at this apparent stalemate.
WPL are not part of this problem, unless they are forcing COP to withhold confidential information that is now considered as a pivital to the commencement of PE.
If this is the case WPL should release this detail or withdraw their offer IMO
