Are we saying that COP's price is not in the $430 mil but in the side deal?
That would mean that if FAR can pull this off, it would be the deal of the century. I could see COP not wanting to reset. It's getting more interesting by the day. If that's the case, how about CNE? More interestingly, if it gets to court, what would the judges say to back door deals?
WN, can you still see WPL making this legal obstacle go away by a TO?
