    Hi Sotirib,
    It is highly unusual for a MOU just to be cancelled at any time.Both parties have entered into an agreement to move forward in good faith to eventually sign a binding sales contract. Any big company such as Sinogas takes such an undertaking seriously otherwise if they didnt nobody would take them seriously next time.Remember all contracts begin with an MOU or Letter of Intent etc.
