Despite all the positive spins being put on this by the faithful, the reality is the court decision has introduced a huge uncertainty factor.
Why people fail to understand that the SP is simply reflecting that is beyond me. (But then again, this IS HC.)
Increased risk = bigger rewards, so buy-in now you get bigger reward if it flies, and you accept the extra risk.
