Of course the court case has introduced uncertainty. It has introduced uncertainty not just for this stock, but for SA mining in general.

But after reading through everything, I believe NKP's position is still very strong.

Like I said, most of the issues have to do with the DMR. Even the Concourt did not feel strongly enough to award the rights to Beng.

So the SP uncertainty is understandable. But is NKP being liquidated? NO. Is NKP going under because of debt? NO. Does NKP still have a truckload of PGM's at Garatouw? YES. Is the BFS very close to completion? YES.

The only time I would bail from this stock is if they lost Garatouw.
