Newminer, you'll notice that the first four paragraphs of my initial post on the subject of directors options began with the word' "if" and the comments were prefaced on the basis that balilow's plan of action successfully rolled out.
Your summary points would look better though if you added;
(4) security of tenure established over the Tubatse farms.
