I havent read the whole AGM notice ...but is there something about increasing the number of shares?
ie the sp will look lower?...
I keep thinking that might go well for listing in SA at their exchange rate? or selling shares to workers?
Big imagination and not enough reading so no credability just a bit of waffle..

Whats the asx listing requirements re market capitalisation and liquidity? I dont know enough about these things..Tried to find info but got confused..

Theres a 457 page ASX ann re Plas merger with Jubilee...
shows how complex/expensive/slow/tedious getting such deals done,imo.and perhaps why not trading whilst doing it.

Low turnover and low SP ? sort of a lockin ...stops big accumulation?
If you know can raise cash with those that are useful ...
this lockin might suit?
