"He" does what he is legally obligated to do which is inform the market that/if ENI notified him that (in addition to the wireline and core analysis results) they were considering production testing and may not exercise that option.
Since a lot of people inside and outside of ENI would have known this, to say nothing would be an issue if ENI pull the pin.
If it was a duster, there would be no delay in deciding not to production test. So I don't see that being the issue here.
Anyway I don t see what any of this has to do with credibility. It is what it is.......
