IMO I don't think she is completely in charge, every Tom, Dick and Harry in Lynas HQ was probably handpicked (or approved) by Nick and owe their loyalty to him IMO and might be "slowing" things down. He probably picked some senior execs like the COO in the LAMP, too. So tough going for AL for now, IMO, to put her leadership stamp on Lynas. Isn't her board seat subject to SH vote at the AGM? I wonder if Nick's seat is up too (I really hope so).
I want to see more positive updates on things that are under Lynas control like the staff reduction, improvement to procurement, the move to Malaysia, etc.
Maybe the move to Malaysia will also be good for AL since she should be appointing some new staff there and Nick won't be able to just drop in anytime, or is he moving there too ? (doubt it but ...)
