that's my thoughts also. and without this deal, theres 4 mill in the bank which will not last long. they do indeed have US over a barrel. not the other way around. regardless of how we got to this point and who's fault, management etc etc, it is what it is. I know what happened last time I was "waiting for a better offer" when 30c wasn't enough. Just thankful I sold half of them back then to help buy my house. coulda renovated it with the other half!
