Unfortunately Scorpio we have been left with very little choice but to vote NO IMO. There is nothing here for SH at all. No distribution of proceeds to SH are mentioned. All that we know is that our only real asset will be sold off and the money goes into running the company and finding something "new".
If the "Yes" vote gets up I would suggest the momentum of FMS United would at least move us to seeking advice for grounds of an action. My personal feelings are that my best interests are not being represented by Management and those affiliated with putting this offer together. It's funny how many of us were singing the praises of TODD being a well respected and very fair company. I don't believe TODD are doing anything to enhance that reputation with this offer.
