OPTION ENTITLEMENT ISSUE.
As foreshadowed in its IPO Prospectus, Atomic Resources Limited (Atomic) is to undertake an
option entitlement issue (Issue). The Issue is for 28,900,000 options at an issue price of 1 cent each
on the basis of 1 option for every 2 ordinary shares held to raise $289,000 before costs. The options
will have an exercise price of 25 cents each and will expire three years from the date of issue.
Atomic will seek to have the options listed on the ASX.
A prospectus for the Issue will be prepared and the Company anticipates that it will be lodged with
ASIC and ASX in early March 2008. A timetable of important dates for the Issue will be advised at
that time.
