whilst it is dangerous game to wait for a"sunny day" - i would think the diabolic state of markets last week had to play a part -if not slow down the announcing to market - the markets are racked with a FRIGHT to quality - so this means risky assets are wound down from the carry trade to spec stocks - i am a bg big believer in MHL but if the JV is announced when things are falling off a cliff - the SP /announcement will fade and not be given attention - these are my views only - it will happen but as was pointed out it is only part of the wider puzzle so dont see the JV ann as the be all of MHL - i do want to see it built into a Hardman
