Excellent post.

Now according to marcj M/C has no relevance until FMS has an initial jorc.

If that is the case then i suppose if 360,933,052 options are added to the share registry at the end of next month that won't have any affect either even though it represents 32% dilution of the company to net them $36mln.

Will be interesting to see if they can get it over the line.
