How do you find top 20 shareholder lists?The only one I could find was from listing back in 2007.
From what I gathered, it was a single off-market transaction of 2 million shares and the seller was also a substantial holder. I guess if a current top 20 group has increased their holdings or there is a new entrant, we should be getting a notice in due course. The only reason we wouldn't get a notice is if the 2 million shares were split into multiple holding companies, meaning no extra companies show up on the top 20 register? I don't see why there would be an off-market transaction on one day if there were multiple buyers, it would have happened over a few days?

Not sure if knowledge of who the buyer is would affect the share price much, but am curious to know if its a finance company or a steel group...
