One thing to add then.
The blocks have been laid over top of the floor plan to accommodate it. You could possibly achieve a similar floor plan using full sized blocks only, which would dramatically reduce the amount of cuts etc; in turn increase the speed.
Also, I suspect FBR have software that will automatically work out a way to organise the bricks more efficiently. The only reason i have used the three quarter, half and quarter bricks is to maintain the overlap of the blocks
And this is the upper end of builds with the home being 4 bedrooms and a theatre
