The right time is key, if only FBR built the pilots when they said they would then they would be ready just in time for the 1000's of homes to be built under the $55-70k grant. But unfortunately management sat on their hands.

I dont believe a company should ever sit on their hands and wait for a predictied better opportunity, thats the way opportunities are lost.

If FBR dont get in on this covid new home grant, then they will be likely waiting a while to get into construction in australia as we will be well and truely into oversupply after we build these homes with no immigration to take up supplies.

Organic demand for new housing halted for a reason and thats because of no immigration & oversupply, all this grant is doing is stealing wealth from the future. which will cause a slump in the next 2-4 years. Thats unless WA start giving 50k grants (tax payers money) to foreign investors to kick the can down the road for a little bit longer.

Basically FBR need to get on this new home grant to have a good crack in WA before going global
