Just say PDN are buying SMM onmarket. PDN would have only had to spend $266000 if they bought all the SMM shares traded since 24th Jan up until 12.00 today.The resulting increase in sp from 11c to 90c for their 170m shares means that investment of $266,000 would have increased their value by $134,000,000. Do you think it's possible? Would they be breaching any ASX laws? Doubt a substantial holding notice would be needed for the small number of shares traded. Not saying this is what is happening, just putting it out there. I havent read the full thread and maybe someone else has already brought this up.
