Now the Chinese are back in the picture, so your argument is not quite correct.
Patience is required - there might well end up being a better resolution than the proposal and this is clearly pointed out. Even if bondholders agree and all approvals are granted, the proposal will still be dismissed if the Chinese come back with $US 175 M or more. They are obviously watching closely and will probably get what they are after - but they won't do it until March unfortunately.

Of course extracta will come back and say that they are waiting for the proposal to fall apart. Luckily i won't get to read his nonsense. One thing I don't understand is what is this about the Chinese being able to get the remaining 75% of LHM. That makes no sense to me and I don't know what Alex is talking about. Can somebody on the Call please ask him what the #### he is in on about what he says that?
