Same here.
CNNC is China National Nuclear corporation, these state-owned companies do not function like western company, their premier duty is to execute the country's strategy plan. Nuclear just got mentioned a lot in China's central-planning meeting.
Why would they make trouble with resource-rich Paladin? I am a Chinese and I don't see why they would destroy this hard-built relationship for very little benefit. It will be a lose-lose. but Chinese love win-win.
