I suspect they have the data, but it belongs to Janssen, so nothing is published - yet.
I suspect part of the negotiation with Janssen is that they are allowed to use certain parts of the data to present their findings / promote their science.
I suspect that they are confident enough in reaching both these outcomes to the point that that they are putting down 'markers', because if they don't deliver on those they'll look a bit silly and I don't believe they're that silly.
