Your account is a week old, you claim to "hold" and are throwing around it's a rock chip dog/permit pump. Maybe you should have bought after the drilling is completed...
As mentioned, you need permits to drill first. It's nice to have LIDAR to focus the drills.
SUM is up nearly 12% on no news, the buy side and volume keeps growing. Do the math on what might happen with some announcements on progress.
