    Technically SUM is an Australian ASX listed business so it will also benefit from being domiciled in a Western jurisdiction.

    SUM might be listed on the asx but the leases are in Brazil and are governed by Brazilian govt. Totally different to actually having a deposit in Australia.
    CBMM control the market. We know there are 2 mines in Brazil, I just feel SUM would have to find very high grade and scale to enter the market.
    Not sure how accommodating CBMM would be of another Brazilian producer.

    This talk is very very premature though as we know SUM haven't even drilled a hole yet. These are just things I'm considering.
